Our Health and Fitness Specialist, Adrienne Montgomery, is extremely talented and fun to work with. Professionally certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, her background includes education through a master’s degree from the University of Michigan, working as a professional athlete, and many years working with clients to help them achieve their movement and performance goals. She has helped clients achieve many goals, including weight loss, Injury rehabilitation, strength and performance training, Prenatal/Postnatal recovery, and sport specific functional training. She is very experienced with youth athletes, motherhood, and older adults.
Your session with Adrienne will include an assessment of your goals, movement patterns and habits so that she can create a one-of-a-kind workout that will get you optimal results. We stay up to date on the current research and literature in the field, providing you an ultimate workout that is still fun. Our studio offers state of the art equipment in a warm, cozy environment.
